Present Time No. 104 (Vol. 28 No. 3)

Welcome to the July 1996 Present Time. In this issue, many people tell how they are applying RC in often challenging non-RC situations-with settlers on the West Bank in Israel; with family members in Bharat, India; in the British schools; with women in the former Yugoslavia; in a Canadian artists' rights organization; with low-income parents in the USA; at a conference on disability rights and genetics issues.

There is more discussion about people "targeted for distruction by society" because of the patterns imposed upon them. Patty Wipfler has written some helpful guidelines for starting family work in an RC Community, and Harvey Jackins encourages us not to "settle for too little." And there's lots more. Thanks to all who have contributed.

The deadline for articles for the October Present Time is September 3rd. Workshop announcements, list changes, drawings, and photos should reach us by September 9th.
